These overlays were brought in and designed to retrofit work on residential patios, driveways, sidewalks, lobbies, courtyards and entryways. <\/p>\n<p>Stamped overlays can take an old grey driveway and turn it into an real looking stamped concrete as if it was actually poured 4\" in thickness. <\/p>\n<p>Stamped concrete overlays can range from 3\/16\"up to 7\/8\" in thickness and comes in be integrally added into the mix, topically applied as an enhancing stain, tinting the top sealer for a second or third color. <\/p>\n<p>Most of the stamped overlays are two components consisting of in the water that mixes with the cement giving it bond ability, strength, and adhesion characteristics. <\/p>\n<p>Stamped overlays are applied 3\/16\" to 1\/2\" generally and have the strength to withstand car traffic and heavy point loads.
